I ask you to join me in speaking out on Wednesday, August 1 "Chick Fil-A Appreciation Day.” No one is being asked to make signs, speeches, or openly demonstrate. The goal is simple: Let's affirm a business that operates on Christian principles and whose executives are willing to take a stand for the Godly values we espouse by simply showing up and eating at Chick Fil-A on Wednesday, August 1. Too often, those on the left make corporate statements to show support for same sex marriage, abortion, or profanity, but if Christians affirm
traditional values, we're considered homophobic, fundamentalists, hate-mongers, and intolerant. This effort is not being launched by the Chick Fil-A company and no one from the company or family is
involved in proposing or promoting it.
There's no need for anyone to be angry or engage in a verbal battle. Simply affirm appreciation for a company run by Christian principles by showing up on Wednesday, August 1 or by participating online – tweeting your support or sending a message on Facebook.

Was there about 9:30 am this morning for breakfast. Business was pretty constant at that time. Had a Peach MilkShake that was deeeeelicious along with my breakfast meal.

Come show your support of Greg Smith for Senate on Wednesday, August 1st. There will be Chick-Fil -A sandwiches for the first 100 people that attend. Water will also be provided. This is a very fun way to show your support. We will meet in the Jack Henry Parking lot off of 87th. Wear a blue shirt or a Greg Smith shirt. Hope to see at least 100 of you there..

Gosh, I don't have a Political Chips Tee. And I can't get to CFA tomorrow. However: I do hope to be there on the 3rd, which is the 'Gay Kiss-In' Day at CFA.

Trying to put a Business out of Business because of what the CEO believes is uncomprehensible. Don't people realize that this 'Business' hires people and 'DOESN'T' discriminate, so don't punish the workers because of what the CEO believes.

Shirley Schilling & I plan on eating at Chick-Fil-A on Wednesday, (National Chick-Fil-A Day) going around 11:30 am. I, personally, think it would be great to arrive in our Politcal Chip shirts. We'll be going to the one near Oak Park Mall.

We go to Chick-fil-A almost on a weekly basis; I guess next week we'll be going twice.
