On the left, Rachel Maddow and MSNBC attack the nullification movement as "racist." On the right, the Heritage Foundation calls it dangerous and stupid. The mainstream agrees - don't resist unconstitutional acts on a state level....just wait for the next election and somehow everything will get fixed.
It doesn't matter what political party is in power, or what person occupies the white house, federal power always grows. Going to the federal government to fix problems created by the federal government does not work.
There's a different solution - one right from the pens of Thomas Jefferson and James Madison - it's called nullification. This is any act or set of acts that results in a particular federal law being rendered null and void on a state level.

This was a great conference with a ton of great speakers all focused on the Constitutional and historical foundations of nullification and the philosophy of liberty. It was a lot of fun. A heartfelt thanks to all those that made this event possible.
