Missouri Grassroots Coalition, in cooperation with the St. Francois County We The People and the Ste. Genevieve Conservative Club will be hosting a public forum regarding Agenda 21, on May 22 at the Farmington City Hall, starting at 7 PM.
The forum will be lead by Ray Cunio and Bob Parker, who will speak on Agenda 21 describing this as “enabling legislation” designed to hand over jurisdiction of our water resources to the EPA/federal government. Ray cited a Supreme Court case, Wickard vs. Filburn, 1954, which has yet to be challenged, that basically stated the feds have the right to regulate what they fund.
We will open up the meeting with Ray as the main speaker with him providing an overview of Agenda 21 (approximately 45 minutes), then Bob Parker will share on the subject (approximately 20 to 30 minutes).
