 into \"Agenda 21.\"   The Kansas legislature, as well as Johnson Count
 y commissioners, have voted to not be involved ....but what has alread
 y been done without our knowledge.....and what do we need to do about 
 it?  Is your city participating?  At stake is a free-market capitalist
 ic systerm of government versus a totalitarian socialist communist sys
