Political Chips - Let YOUR Voice Be Heard

More Taxation = More Freedoms Lost          2011-09-24

When local officials all across our nation pass a new rule or regulations, code officers are necessary to enforce these rules and regulations. More Taxes!  The code officer gets a new car and before long wants a secretary, then the secretary wants an assistant, then more office space. More Taxes!  These Rules and Regulations are not Law; they should never be passed to start with.  As the town becomes a city, they claim they need a board and more code officers for the building dept, water dept, sanitation dept, road dept etc and there is no end to the growth of the Government.

Bigger Government leads to more and more Taxation, which means more Money and Freedoms taken away from each Family. ---Every new rule or regulation means more Taxes and Less Freedoms.

These rules and regulations may include but not limited to: Town Hall Meeting Rules, Local Building Codes, Zoning, Business Permits, Ordinances, Historic District Codes, Traffic tickets where no injury or damage has occurred. Some of these Rules and Regulations may be good to follow, but should not be used to Oppress & Tax the working man’s hard earned Money he needs to support his family.

Many Public Officials claim they have “Home Rule”, which they claim gives them the Power to pass Rules and Regulations and they publish these as being Laws, charging us Fees and Fines if we do not obey their Rules and Regulations, “such rules and regulations shall in no way have the effect of law”. (O.C.G.A. 45-10-5

Ga. Const. Art. III, § V, Para. V & VIII  (2011): ---No local bill or resolution shall become law, except by a majority vote by all members required of the General Assembly. --(Emphasis)

The Constitution only allows General Assembly Legislatures to enact Laws and they must agree with the Constitution to Protect our “Unalienable” God given Rights or they are Null and Void.

Ga. Const. Art. I, § II, Para. V  (2011): What acts void ---Legislative acts in violation of this Constitution or the Constitution of the United States are void, and the judiciary shall so declare them.

Absolutely no Law anywhere has any authority to “infringe” upon our “God given Rights”. Any Nation’s People who fail to defend their “God given Rights” will lose them.

Good Public Officials will obey God’s Golden Rule by treating others, as they would like to be treated and won’t use their Power to Oppress and Tax the People. We must Honor our Creator and protect our Kid’s Future God given Rights by removing ALL Corrupt Public Officials from our Nation!

We must Stop all local Public officials from taking away our Family and Kid’s future Freedoms the way Chicago Mayor Daley did by taking away People’s Right to Bear Arms by arresting them for having guns to protect their own home. New York Mayor Bloomberg thinks Government should have the Power to take away our Right to decide what we can eat. Next we will need to ask some government official if we can wipe, after making our deposit in a toilet. How long will we continue to let our God given Rights be taken away by Illegal Government Rules and Regulations that are Not Law?

We must Stop Big Government at the Local Level first, by removing all excessive Rules and Regulations that are not Law and remove all the Regulatory Boards, code officers and people hired for enforcement against our “God given Rights”.

Reducing Government will reduce our Taxes and Save our Freedoms. ---All Americans must act now or it will be too late to Save America!

Randy,

I don't want to make you sound crazy but I am pretty sure I don't recall Charlton Heston being given any tablets with "God Given Rights".

You are against traffic tickets because somehow speeding is your God Given Right ?  How about a DWI - is that your GGR too ?

Exactly who do you think declared war against Japan in WW2 ? A bunch of little local governments or a Big Country ?

I am kind of glad my house was built to a code that had a code officer inspect it - I was there when they did and I brought my own inspector who is my brother the builder.

I am pretty sure that I am glad the local schools my children eat lunch at are overseen by a health/food inspector and I exceptionally happy that the schools also had to pass some level of fire safety before my and 1000s of other children started attending them.

How about you identify the laws you feel are unjust and need repealing - ?

Katy,

Thank-you for taking the time to reply in a civil manner.

I will attempt to answer your questions.

#1: Let us address the subject of our Creator God. Do you believe in your Creator God?

If you do, then do you believe in the Declaration of Independence where it states that all men are created and endowed with certain Unalienable Rights?

If you believe in your Creator, then How can you believe it is ok for our Public Servants to rule over us, instead of being the Servants they are supposed to be?

#2: The subject of traffic tickets. What is speeding? Are we speeding if we are driving 10 mph or 70 mph or 150 mph? Maybe this depends upon where we are driving. Again if we don't believe in our Creator God and we fail to have any Morals it could be a problem. Do you have any Morals? I believe one of our founding Fathers told us that they had given American people a Republic, if we could keep it. Meaning that when we failed to have any Morals, we would lose our Republic. Kinda like God told the people that rejected their Creator God and wanted a King instead. God warned them about what a King would do, but gave them a King because of the peoples Hardened Hearts. See the mess we are in today because people have rejected our Creator.

If we have Morals we will drive reasonable and not endanger others. The problem is that too many folks don't have any Morals today.

As long as we are not endangering others and/or have not Damaged or injured another person or property we have not broken any Law, regardless of what any code says. How can we be Guilty when we have not damaged property or injured another? How are these Rules and Regulations anything but another hidden Tax upon us?

#3: The subject of War: How is war anything other than the Elite using the Lowly Citizens to protect the financial interest around the world of the Elite with our Blood? What would happen if the Citizens took these Leaders and put them into a pen to fight it out and settle the problem between the Leaders themselves?  Oh my! How long would the War last when our leaders Lives are at stake?

#4: Codes: Again it all goes back to , do we have any Morals? If we have Morals we will build buildings that will be structurally sound and safe. How are todays codes anything but more hidden Taxes in most cases?

#5: Schools. Again a problem of Lack of Morals! Please Explain and show everyone how the problem isn't one of Lack of Morals.

#6: You ask what Laws are unjust and need repealing? Maybe the question should be do you choose to have a Little Security in place of Freedom? Please take the time to read my other post: "Do you know your Rights" for a more detailed answer.

Which of our Founding Fathers stated that anyone who would trade their Freedoms for a little Security, didn't diserve either the Freedom or the Security.

So where do you stand? Do you want Freedom and along with Freedom comes Responsibility and Good Morals.

Randy

Katy,

Sounds like you are pretty content living in your safe and secure, world where are your safety is taken care of.

I live in a 400K house, built by one of the 'better' builders in town that passed code. Yet, hot water flowed into the toilets  - among other things.  The majoriy of 'codes' are worth NOTHING!

Our Security comes from our Liberty!  We do not get Liberty from Security.
