He once again lied about AZ SB 1070. He said tonight that one can be pulled over for simply looking like an illegal alien. Similar to the crap he spewed previously, saying that a hispanic could be arrested while getting ice cream for essentially being the wrong color. We must cry BS again! The law clearly states that profiling is not permissible. An investigating officer may inquire as to the nationality of the suspect(s) if there are indications that they are not American citizens. A stop cannot be initiated on the basis of one's skin color.  

BTW Sheriff Joe and his dept. were found innocent of all of the racial accusations, by the feds, about a month ago.

Here you go!   I want to history to reflect that both the President and CNN were flat out wrong on the issue of whether or not the Obama Administration called the attack in Libya an "act of terror" or not.  The transcripts show that he said "outrageous act".
