- Dear Erin, I did not mean to offend you. I value your point of view. My statement was directed at the people who call me and beg me to drop out without any caucus or forum. You want us (which should include Craig and Dave), to have a primary before the primary. The people I targeted in my statement just want to get Dave, Craig and I to drop out, without having the people decide. Do you think that is fair? In the spirit of Democracy don't our supporters deserve the same courtesy? Craig, Dave and I have people who trust in us and who believe in us. So you can understand my frustration when there are a select few people on a Third District blog who take it upon themselves to relentlessly try and get the candidates they don't support to drop out. That is the thing I am upset about. A select few people (whose opinions are hopelessly subjective) are almost trying to bully the one's THEY deem inferior out. I am making a stand not only for myself, but the other Conservative Candidates who deserve a voice. Someone decided Craig McPherson is elitist and that disqualifies him. Someone decided Dave King is too soft spoken so he cannot be chosen. Someone decided I lack the right education so I am discounted. Does that sound democratic? No, it sounds conceited. Everyone deserves a fair shot at this. Don't you agree?

- Well, well. CONGRATULATIONS, "Unofficial" Winner! Quite a coup considering you are definitely one of "the new guys on the block" in the race and on Political Chips. Think one of the respondents in the 3rd District Group used the term, "blown away by your intelligence." Hey! We're not an easy group to please or impress so good for you. Impressed--but keeping watch for continual FIRE. :)
