Who I amI am a proud and devout American patriot, born in the small town of Kirksville in the great state of Missouri, back in 1969 by a half Cherokee Indian mother Linda Mckim and an Iranian father Husein Radmanesh. I am also the author of my book ''Escape From Iran'' which reflects the true life story of how my family and I were taken hostage after the 1979 Islamic revolution in Iran. My book also addresses the many horrors my mother, little sister Tina and my self were forced to endure by the hands of the present regime in that country, not only for being Americans but also because we were Christians. I particularly faced a great deal of abuse by the Iranian regime, because I refused to turn my back on my country '' America'' and my Christean faith and convert to Islam. When I was only fourteen yaesr of age, I was severely beaten by members of the Iranian Hezbollah guard, because I refused to stomp on the American flag. Also when I was sixteen I was yanked off the street by the Iranian Islamic guards and was sent to the front lines to fight in the Iran and Iraq war of the 1980's. Where after three months, do to the kindness and assistance of a certain Iranian major, I was able to escape the front and return home to the city where we were living Isfahan. Where I was sent by my father to the city of Shiraz, the capital of Fars province, where I was sent up in to the mountains and hid for one year with the nomadic people the Qashqai.
