- Isn't it true that an executive order can only be over-ridden by that, or a newly elected president? My concern is, how can congress write and enforce a law repealing citizenship that was granted to millions of illegal aliens through an executive order? It would be hard enough to repeal if it was done congressionally. I'm not disagreeing with you concerning the situation the country is in, I'm concerned with how to undo what has been and will be done.
