Rep John Barker, the rules chair, completely abandoned the House position despite having received 82 votes to remove bundling. The House will vote whether or not to reject the Senate position that Barker accepted, allowing 5 bundled bills.
CALL THE RULES CHAIR AND SAY NO TO BUNDLING...AGAIN.

The Kansas House voted this week 82-35 to allow only two bills to be bundled. It also voted 69-48 to adjourn between midnight and 8am so more rational decisions can be made.
Unfortunately, the revised Rule to record all votes was defeated 51-67. It takes 63 votes to pass a Motion in the House. …Continue
