Since taking office, I've been told that KS Gov. Sam Brownback is trying to put all judges under him, wants to put the human rights commission under the state attorney general, and is tossing pro se federal lawsuits (against judges/lawyers/courts) back into state court where they like to beat people up.  This is a denial of due process under the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.  Looks like“justice for all” means nothing in the Pledge of…
