Several days ago I urged all of you to log on to as many "Occupy" Facebook pages as you could to make educational comments about their movement. Apparently we are having some success. We have been telling them that they are being used by MoveOn.org and the SEIU. Apparently we are having success. Until today they have been blowing us off but today one of the movement's leaders on the "Occupy Kansas City" Facebook page posted this comment:
"That is exactly what happened... I was almost austrisized(sp?) for mentioning it. The Move on dot org people were almost attacking me for such accusations.. Even though they decided when it was time to march with no question to the people a...s to if they were ready. Nope, they said jump and everyone jumped. This move took almost everyone from the court house instantly with no group left behind to support late comers or to notify them of the move to Garden Vly.. After I said a few things to a few folks, people started to see the same thing and Move on, well, they seemed to move on- the other side of the street and intersection..... People, I am guilty of often trying to head things or taking initiative for asking questions before hand as to try to have answers should they arise, but in no way can I allow for something I agree with so much to become diluted with others causes (though similar in some points but completely off in the original ideals and concepts) that are politically driven while OWS is LOUDLY asking the hearing impared politicians to stop the corporate intrusion that has crippled our economy. I'm just on voice, but this is not about the Jobs bill, or Romneys admission to corporations should have the rights of individuals, Cain's 9-9-9 plan (flip that upside down) and he was a Federal Reserve chairman, or Ron Pauls crazy ideas about legalizing freedom. This isn't about a Tea Party that has been ruined by the republicans or the Move on dot org that is the support club for the Democrats. This is about how every politician has in someone way, be it they said they were agaisnt corporate greed as to get you to elect them but they never really put any heart into deliberating it with their Congressional colleages or Senatorial brethren. We are at risk now of being taken over by these very people who support those in office now. They are saying they support us, but are you listenning to how they slip in how Obama is doing the right thing? How really corporations are kindda good for the economy?
Don't be fooled, I won't be. Don't let what happened to the Tea Party via Republicans happen to our OWS movements by the Democrats. Move On needs to do just that!!!!!!!!"
