Political CHIPS - Conservative Heritage Institute for Principled Strength

I want to thank God first of all and my fellow conservatives who I have the great pleasure of calling brothers and sisters for your kind words and enthusiasm in defending our liberties and conservative values. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would like to share an experience as a kid that made an everlasting expression on me. My grandma who migrated from El Salvador in the late 1970’s told me “Son this is the greatest country in the world and I personally am so thankful that this country has open its doors to me and my family.” Keep in mind my family came here the right way, and I thank my grandma for sharing such words of wisdom that helped mold the person I’m today. The reason I share this experience is because when I see thousands of people who come here illegally; especially from south of the border and expect entitlements it’s really a slap on the face to those who have done things the right way. I can understand why a lot of Americans are upset, and it’s so preposterous to see these people waving Mexican flags in our streets in protest of us wanting to enforce our immigration laws like SB1070.

With that being said, I would like to share the objective of Romney’s comments that were made at the private fundraising dinner in regards to the 47 percent. Before the presidential debate started last Wednesday I talked to my Mom about what Romney had said about the 47 percent. My parents are not political enthusiasts like myself, so when my parents give me an answer about something it’s rather subjective in nature. So my Mom said “Son I truly believe Romney is right, he makes a valid point there are to many folks nowadays who sit on their butts all day and expect handouts from the government." Today under this president there are 48 million Americans on food stamps, these folks are complacent in their lifestyles and when one of us speak the truth all hell breaks loose.

The problem today is that we have become a nation that depends on the goverment and that is the left's main goal. We live in a country where people are utterly being dumb down by the liberals, democrats, progressives, and socialists. They fear folks like you and I who are educated, love the constitution, and don't take any crap from them. We are perceived by them as a grave threat to their filthy agenda: one who wants to usurp and destroy our freedoms and liberties. But Romney was unequivocally right when he said that the 47 percent call themselves victims and expect all kinds of perks from the government. Just like a lady who said she was going to vote for Obama because he gave her a free cell phone..seriously? That is why I'm so thankful and proud for being a conservative, who believes in a small decentralized government and individual responsibility.

The Bible clearly states conservative principles in 2 Thessalonians 3:10 it reads “For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: “The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat.” If you have the full usage of your limbs then why not go out and work? and don’t sit there with your arms crossed and call yourself a victim. It is such a blessing to work!!! to provide for yourself and your family. This really makes me upset: when I see people that are so dumb and naïve to think they can’t do anything for themselves and believe everything the liberal media throws at them. It’s like their zombies or puppets, folks who can’t fend for themselves. God truly help us in these perilous times that we are living.

                                                                                                 Love

                                                                                                     David

You bring up a great point Greg!! It's no fair for all of the immigrants that go through the front door, who work earnestly and dont expect anything in return. But yet these folks who are illegal want' everything for free. I like to speak the truth and if Im persecuted so be it. Yet the government especially under our dear leader will not do anything meaningful to solve our immigration problem and when he does something it's just putting a band aid over the wound. In his mind he has bigger fishes to fry :)

Isn't it great that dear leader takes credit for a phone subsidy that has been in place since the '80's? I ask again, when are the legal immigrants going to file a class action suit against the gov't and demand a refund for all of the fees they paid throughout the naturalization process?

Thank you for your support!
