Sharia law must never be practiced in America. Ever!
It is a crime against humanity.

Anyone who attempts to justify or excuse the atrocities of Sharia as something apart from Islam is a liar. Sharia is codified into the justice systems of numerous Islamic countries and blessed by hundreds of thousands of imams and clerics throughout Islam and sanctioned, approved and often mandated by Islamic judges and government officials.

Is Imam Faisal Abdul Rauf, the designated imam for the Ground Zero Mosque, truly a moderate Muslim? If so, let him stand before the world in Mecca or Medina or at Ground Zero and openly condemn the atrocities of Sharia and call upon the entire Islamic world to end these abhorrent practices immediately. Let him call upon Saudi King Abdullah to end the abhorrent practices of Sharia in Saudi Arabia. But since the Kingdom also routinely meets out out brutal and deadly punishment under the dictates of Sharia, this is not likely to happen...even for deceptive propaganda purposes.

It was also reported today that Barack Obama’s national security adviser, Gen James Jones, has indicated the President may be prepared to meet Mahmoud Ahmadinejad if the regime resumed negotiations over its nuclear program. Will Barack Obama ever stand before the world, at the United Nations perhaps, and also call for the end of the atrocities of Sharia? Will he ever demand that the Iranian government end these brutal practices? Don't hold your breath.

The rest of the civilized world is waiting for the nations of Islam to shed this medieval and barbaric system that maims, tortures, brutalizes and murders men and especially women and children.

Comment by Greg Beal on August 15, 2010 at 12:39am: A year and a half ago the federal gov't began holding seminars on sharia compliant banking. I would guess that these banks will cater to muslims only. At the time most of those compliant banks were in Michigan. Is there any discrimination statute being broken here along religious or racial grounds? The Arch Bishop of Canterbury stated in the last year that it would be good for the UK to incorporate some of the sharia law into their national laws. After all sharia does have some moral underpinnings that are similar to their own. Catering to and pacifying the enemy has never been productive. Some european countries are now regretting that they were so tolerant and accepting of the moslem influx into their cities.
