I saw an interview a few weeks ago with a legislator (cannot remeber who or what state) who is challenging the national health care imposition as a {tortious?} interference with a contractual relationship theory. He was brilliant in his analysis and argument and now of course I cannot remember the elements or his identity. Not the usual 10th amendment argument. Will take some fish oil and try to remember(!)
