Thank you very much for your warm welcome. Yes, I love cupies or kewpies. I remember the ones they used to have at carnivals too. I have a teddy bear collection among other things. Thanks again and yes we have to fight definitely but hopefully to make a difference.
Thank you for your kind welcome. Yes, it is my Russian heritage. I am more familiar with The Fountainhead. I am interested in the ideas that are exchanged in this forum but I am not very confident in my expressions. Thank you.
Hi Yvonne thank you for the welcome. I have attended most of the Tea Party events over the last two years. I am joining to see if someone is organizing in the metro area on the Kansas side. I am not afraid to get involved.
Thanks for the welcome Yvonne. My husband and I have been involved in Tparty rallies/protests for 2 years. We were at the first one in Feb 2009 at Dennis Moore ofc. We have joined freedom connector, but there isn't a lot of organization. The posts are good, but actually getting together as rallies/protests doesn't seem to be happening. I think the rallies are the best as long as there is a lot of visibility and parking for everyone to participate in across state lines. Thinking since you already have the organization and the name that you could post as a group on both the Kansas and Missouri sites. I saw that you are hosting a rally at Washington square park on April 15th. Great... but maybe we could have another one before then. Available parking isn't great down there, but adequate. IN 2009 we had one at 131st and State line. We lined both sides of state line, it was awesome. Plus we had one the same day up North on 45 hwy & 64th Street, again lined both sides of the highway. Anyway just give me your thoughts. The one at Nichols fountain was awesome as well. Location, Location, Location....and no I am not a realtor.
This is my bust, I meant 1st District for Moran not fourth. As for the pledge signer's this has more to do with the the Parental Rights Amendment, but in reality it is just the other side of the same coin because if your for the Parental Rights Amendment you are against the UN Treaty for the Rights of the Child.
I hope this clears things up, sorry about the mistake and the confusion.
Thanks Yvonne. We may have met in the past. I'm a founding member of the Hope for America Coalition and spoke at their local candidates forum about my current campaign for JCCC Trustee last month. I'm well aware of the Olathe Republicans and have attended several meetings, admittedly haven't been able to recently due to scheduling conflicts but looking forward to getting back to future meetings.
As of this writing neither Senator Roberts or Senator Moran are pledge signers for the Parental Rights Amendment. I have not verified this yet but according to Moran's office while he was the Representative in the 4th District in Kansas in 2009 he was a sponsor of the Parental Rights Amendment.
Thank you Yvonne. Glad to be here. We must all be vigilant and fight to protect our Constitution and our Nation from the wolves in sheep's clothing seeking to destroy us from within. We don't need a new Constitution. We need to enforce the one we are already blessed with.
Thank you Yvonne""" I didn't know until they started to make changes here on politicalchips so I started messing around yesterday and thought WOW," you can do something with your page.. So I thrown something together that looks Patriotic and added a playlist that I created : ) I tried to add those songs to the Political chips player that they provide to no avail... I love the fire though it makes one feel warm and fuzzy inside LOL
I think I figured out how to give the page my own little twist : ) You'll have to come and see..... I did this over on Soda head when their was people there for a couple of years that couldn't figure out how to make changes... Once I decided I wanted to take part in it,, It only took me that week to transform my page but then Sodahead came along and wiped it all in a one day a lot of folks weren't to happy about it," I for one
