Yep, that would be correct. The Queen didn't humiliate dear leader, he did it all by himself.

It is funny and painful to watch at the same time. Will he ever learn to shut up? The Queen is so gracious to this buffoon, and I suppose to all buffoons. The royal family's decorum continues to overshadow that of the TOTUS.
Studying the constitution? Only in a progressive sort of way.

He studied for several hours?  You're kidding.  Even with that, he needed note cards because he couldn't have his teleprompter---had to keep looking down, as you can see from the still shot of the video above---and then did the massive screwup. 

You had to appreciate and laugh and lament with Queen Elizabeth--especially at the look on her face when they turned to each other.  She couldn't say anything, but her "deer" and "oh dear" look was priceless.

Think he's still STUDYING the Constituion?   :)

Not sure how that happened?  I read an article that President Obama studied several hours of footage on Air Force One that dealt with proper English etiquette.    Perhaps he should have considered a few other sources besides watching footage of George Jefferson interacting with Mr. Bentley on The Jeffersons............
