The actions the doctors are taking are fraudulent and unethical. I'm wondering if any action will be taken against the doctors to give out these notes. Medical boards deal with doctors who break their ethical standards, right?
When the educators take these notes to their employers and receive compensation...shouldn't they be prosecuted for fraud?
